Manoela had been teaching ballroom dance for more than 15 years, and wanted to expand her knowledge of fitness to include other exercise formats. She found Pilates and it became a second passion. In addition to teaching Pilates classes, she also works with chiropractors, doing Pilates for Rehabilitation. Manoela is very active, she also enjoys sports, jiu jitsu, and capoeira.
